Refund policy

Chemovar Terpenes has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your requested returns must be in the same condition that they were received, unopened and unused, some exceptions apply. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you have product you would like to return, please contact us at support@chemovarterpenes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items for damages, defections, and that they are the correct items ordered. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so that the problem can be remedied.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most items can be returned, with some exceptions. Custom formulations are not eligible for a full refund. We will however offer an exchange for other product in some cases.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, you will be refunded the full amount to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to refuse returns.
